HR-STAT is a Human Resources Consulting Services company. Our services are primarily geared for the small to medium size business community in assisting with their employee relational and staffing needs.
HR-STAT has found through extensive research that companies of this size experience various business climate conditions which necessitate supplemental consultative engagement. Some of these business climate conditions include:
- Company size does not require a fully staffed Human Resources department yet occasionally finds a need for HR guidance
- Current Human Resources department is over-run with activity due to business demands thus needing supplemental assistance
- A push to the existing Human Resources department to focus at the strategic business level thus requiring supplemental assistance with transactional, time-consuming duties
- Company is experiencing explosive growth requiring ramped-up recruiting, selection, and integration of new employees
- Company is seeking an outside trusted perspective that can offer assessment and proposed solutions to employee issues and fluctuating business demands
HR-STAT conceptually came into existence as far back as the year 2000. Our philosophy and mission is to support companies that either do not have an HR department or have an HR department inundated with strategic engagement and need supplemental support to their day-to-day HR needs.
The name HR-STAT is a shortened version of Human Resources Stat. The term “Stat” is borrowed from the medical community which means “now”, “rush”, and/or “immediately”. Just as a doctor orders medical attention to a patient, “Stat!” we attend to the needs of our clients with equal sense-of-urgency and responsiveness.
This is the way we strive to support our clients. When you need HR support the need is usually very immediate and critical to the business success. It demands immediate attention, and it must be handled quickly. After all, HR deals with people; a business’s most volatile, most expensive, and one of the most likely factors that will determine a business’s competitive edge.
